No Refund
All classified ads, banners, icons, sponsored links and other forms of advertising placed on TheEquusCollection.com are non-refundable. If an error was made in payment contact TheEquusCollection.com within 7 days from the purchase date to have the error corrected. If your photo is not showing correctly online, contact TheEquusCollection.com for assistance. If we are unable to remedy the problem we will either post a credit in your TheEquusCollection.com account or refund your credit card. If your horse sells within the contracted time of the ad you will not be refunded for the unused time of the contract.
